Steel for the heat
The heavy steel plate stores an enormous amount of heat during preheating, which it can release back afterwards for optimal oven rise. At the same time, the heat ensures the formation of the important bottom crust.
Glass for steam
Good bread needs a lot of steam in the first minutes. The glass dome, made of heat-resistant and stable laboratory glass, retains the bread's own steam and thus generates the adequate humidity environment. Within that, the loaf can expand properly and a distinctive crust formation can take place.
Both components of the BROVN work hand in hand. This results in exceptionally beautiful and tasty breads.
