Bread Peel - Pizza Peel

This bread peel is ideal for preparing your loaf of bread and subsequently loading the BROVN. Of course your pizza will also find its way directly onto the steel.

Properties

The bread slider is made of 8mm thick, high quality European beech plywood and is crafted in Germany.

The handle is ergonomically shaped so that the peel lies comfortably in the hand and it features a hole for practical hanging on a wall.

Tipps & Tricks
Flour the surface before loading (preferably with a mixture of flour and durum wheat semolina) and make sure that the dough does not have too many moist spots.
